About the Role:
Hyperion Partners are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious leasehold property management company in London. We are looking for a professional and personable Day Concierge to join our client’s team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards of a luxury residential property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and courteous welcome to all residents and visitors, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Manage the reception area, including greeting guests, handling enquiries, and assisting with any resident requests.
- Oversee the security of the property by monitoring access and ensuring all visitors sign in and out.
- Coordinate with the property management team to address any maintenance issues or resident concerns promptly.
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries efficiently, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and communal areas.
- Assist with the coordination of on-site services and amenities, such as booking facilities or arranging transportation.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities or security breaches to the relevant authorities.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role, preferably within a residential property or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate residents’ needs.
- Professional appearance and conduct, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
