This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, professionally managed residential development focused on delivering an exceptional rental experience.
About the Role
As a Leasing Associate, you will be the key point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process from initial enquiry to move-in. You will be responsible for maximising occupancy, showcasing apartments, and ensuring a smooth and seamless customer journey that reflects the high standards expected in the BTR sector.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct property tours and present apartments to prospective residents with enthusiasm and professionalism

Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing timely and accurate information

Assist applicants through the application and referencing process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Prepare and execute tenancy agreements and coordinate lease renewals

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the property management system

Collaborate closely with the resident services and property management teams to deliver a consistent and outstanding resident experience

Support marketing initiatives and community engagement activities to attract and retain residents
About You

Previous experience in lettings, property management, or customer service, preferably within the BTR, PRS, or multi-family housing sectors

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service

Confident and professional approach when dealing with prospective residents and colleagues

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Knowledge of relevant legislation, such as Right to Rent checks, is desirable

IT literate with experience of property management or CRM software an advantage
