About the Role:
As a Night Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in providing an unparalleled level of service to the residents of this luxury property. You will be the first point of contact during the night-time hours, ensuring that all operational aspects run smoothly and that each resident’s needs are met with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an impeccable level of service to residents and guests at all times, ensuring their requests are met promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the front desk during night-time hours, responding to calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with a courteous and helpful manner.
- Oversee security protocols, ensuring the safety and privacy of all residents while maintaining a calm and professional presence.
- Coordinate deliveries, guest access, and special requests, liaising with suppliers, contractors, and other service providers as necessary.
- Anticipate and respond to any concerns or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken swiftly and discreetly.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports to ensure smooth handovers to the day team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a concierge in a luxury hotel, private residence, or equivalent high-end service environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
- A proactive and resourceful approach, able to solve problems efficiently and creatively.
- Impeccable personal presentation and an understanding of the importance of discretion and confidentiality in a luxury setting.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A flexible, 'can-do' attitude with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
- A valid SIA Licence and first-aid qualification is desirable but not essential.
