Resident Service Associate – Build to Rent (BTR)

Hyperion Partners is proud to be partnering with a leading Build to Rent (BTR) developer to recruit a Resident Service Associate to join their vibrant, resident-focused team.
As a Resident Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, community-led environment for residents. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the development, supporting residents’ needs, and enhancing their living experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to residents, addressing queries and requests promptly and effectively

Facilitate and support community events and initiatives that promote resident engagement and satisfaction

Manage day-to-day operational tasks, including liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of communal areas

Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new residents, ensuring a seamless transition into their new homes

Maintain accurate records and reports, supporting compliance with health and safety regulations and service standards

Act as a visible and approachable presence within the development, embodying the client’s brand values
What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a customer service or property management role, ideally within the BTR or residential sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
